Why are no one answering my calls?
-We will try our best to answer all phone calls that are coming in, but because many are calling in at the same time, some call will be left unanswered. Please wait a moment before calling us again, as we can only answer ONE call at a time.
Why is the wait time for my orders is so long?
-Due to the facts that many are home, the average number of dishes per ticket have been increase. Many are placing a larger order than usual and many are placing in at around the same time. We cannot cook hundred of dishes in just ten, twenty or thirty minutes.
Do you accept cash payment as of this time?
-Yes, we do still accept cash payment, but; we'd prefer if you pay with credit over the phone [if possible]
Why are you closing an additional day?
-As much as we'd like to open everyday and take advantage of the facts that many places are closed down temporary, it is impossible for us to get a proper break. Although we normally closed on Monday, we normally do not have that day off at all. Often we to come over and prepare many ingredients for the next day service. Hopefully with an additional day closed, we'll have a proper rest and allow us to be more focus which would allow us to give a better service for our customers. Please note, this "closed" on Tuesday is temporary, we do plan to be back to our regular schedule.
