Guests with allergy to: Gluten.

Important Note: You must explicitly inform your server or order taker that you have a gluten allergy so the kitchen can prepare your dish with Gluten-Free Tamari and clean cookware. Additionally, our gluten-free alternative is prepared using Tamari Gluten-Free Soy Sauce, which contains soy, so a gluten-free modification does not mean soy-free.

Combination Restrictions & Policy Limits
While we can accommodate many dietary needs individually, we cannot fulfill complex combination requests that require managing multiple allergies within a single dish.
Each allergy accommodation requires specific sauce substitutions or complete removals. When an order requires modifying a dish for more than two allergies from our accommodation list, our kitchen does not stock the alternative sauce bases necessary to safely meet those parameters, and we will kindly have to decline the order for your safety.
Kitchen & Cross-Contamination Notice
-
Shared Kitchen Environment: While our kitchen team takes rigorous precautions to avoid cross-contact, our facility processes ingredients containing gluten, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, seafood, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment for guests with severe or airborne sensitivities.
-
Tofu Preparation Policy (Steamed vs. Fried):
-
For any order involving an allergy (gluten, shellfish, nuts, eggs, etc.) or dietary restriction (vegan/vegetarian), your dish will automatically be served with Steamed Tofu instead of our standard Fried Tofu.
-
Reasoning: Our standard tofu is cooked in shared deep fryers alongside menu items containing gluten, seafood, and animal products.
-
Guest Assumption of Risk: If our staff informs you of this policy and you still choose to request Fried Tofu for an allergy or dietary restriction order, you assume full personal responsibility for any allergic reaction or adverse health effects that may occur.
-
-
Ordering Outside Designated Allergy Menus:
-
Guests with dietary restrictions or food allergies are required to order exclusively from their respective designated menus (e.g., Gluten-Free Menu or Vegan/Vegetarian Menu) or confirm modifications with our team prior to ordering.
-
If a guest chooses to order items from our standard menu that are not designated as adaptable for their specific allergy, the guest assumes all responsibility for any resulting allergic reactions or health complications.
