We appreciate your interest in joining the team at Kanlaya Thai Kitchen.

Before we move forward with the selection process, please review these additional requirements to ensure this position is the right fit for you:

Commute Requirement: To ensure reliable attendance and ease of travel, we are specifically seeking candidates who reside within a 15–20 minute commute of our location at 4779 William Flynn Highway.

Long-Term Commitment: We invest significant time and effort into training our team to maintain our high standards. Therefore, we require a minimum commitment of 5 months. Please note that we are not currently hiring for short-term, seasonal, or summer-only positions.

Wage & Tip Guarantee: We provide a transparent and secure pay structure:

Guaranteed Minimum: You are guaranteed to earn at least $18.85 per hour.
Structure: This consists of a base wage of $3.85/hr + tips. If your combined hourly total ever falls below $18.85 for the day, we will pay the difference.
Earnings Potential: While the guarantee is there for your security, our team members typically earn well above this amount (averaging $25.00+ per hour) thanks to our loyal customer base.
