What to consider before you apply

Before moving forward with the selection process, we’d like to share a few additional requirements to help ensure the best fit for both you and our team.

Commute Requirement:
We are seeking candidates who reside within a 15–20-minute commute from our location.

 

Commitment Duration:
Applicants must be able to commit to a minimum of 5 months. Unfortunately, we are not hiring for short-term or summer-only positions, as training requires a long-term investment.

​

Wage Information:

Our employees are guaranteed to earn at least $17.85 per hour. This is structured as a base wage of $2.85 per hour plus tips. If the combined hourly total falls below $17.85, we will make up the difference. That said, our team members typically earn well above this amount through tips.
