What to consider before you apply

We appreciate your interest in joining our team.

Before we proceed with the selection process, we would like to ask a few additional questions to ensure the best fit for both you and our team.

1. Commute Time: We are looking for candidates who live within, or no more than, 10-15 minutes from our location.                         

2. We require candidates who are able to commit to at least 5+ months with us, as it is not feasible for us to train individuals who plan to leave after a short period. We are not currently hiring for summer or temporary positions.

3. Wage Information: To clarify, our employees are guaranteed an hourly wage of $17.85. This wage is structured as $2.85 per hour plus tips. If the base wage plus tips does not equal at least $17.85 per hour, we will make up the difference. However, our employees typically earn much more than this amount, so this situation rarely occurs.

 

 

Additionally, candidates who are able to work Friday and Saturday nights are more likely to be hired.
